This procedure outlines the steps required to utilise the pick-up and drop-off service, ensuring compliance with statutory and accreditation requirements for international learners. By following these steps, learners can expect a smooth transition upon arrival, reflecting the college’s commitment to high-quality service and satisfaction.

1. Booking

1.1     Advance Notification Requirement

  • Notify LIFFEY College of your intent to use the service at least 45 days before arrival to ensure appropriate arrangements.

1.2     Completion of Booking Form

1.3     Payment Process

  • Cost: €60 each way
  • Payment Deadline: 30 days before departure
  • Emergency Bookings: Immediate payment required

1.4     Confirmation of Transfer Arrangements

  • Upon payment, learners receive a Letter of Airport Transfer
  • Important: Verify that transfer information is included in this letter.

1.5     Additional Charges

  • Additional charges may apply depending on accommodation location. LIFFEY College will communicate any potential extra fees in advance.

2. Arrival at Dublin Airport

2.1     Welcome by College Representative

  • A LIFFEY College representative will greet learners, assist with luggage, and accompany them to their accommodation.

Liffey College offers learners an airport pick-up and drop-off service. Learners who wish to avail of this service should inform the College at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and fill this form https://apply.liffeycollege.ie/form-builder/form/1-G3D2AHL9F28E8HDFB17K so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

  • The charge for airport Pick-up/drop-off €60 each way.
  • Airport transfers fees are non-refundable.
  • All prices subject to change & availability.
  • Learners should note that there may be an extra charge for this service depending on the accommodation address. They will be notified of any extra charges in advance.
  • If you have booked airport transfers through the college, double-check that this information appears on your LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE.
  • If the college is not able to book airport transfers for the learner, we will refund the fee.
