Registration Steps

 

    • You will have to upload copies of your passport, accept the terms and conditions of the programme. Please contact us if you have any questions or notice any errors or omissions.

 

    • The College may require additional information.

 

    • After receiving your application, the College will issue your Letter of Offer (Invoice) which will include your personal details, the details of your programme include an itemised breakdown of fees paid for and the bank details for payment.

 

  • Please contact us if you have not received the Letter of Offer (Invoice) within 24 hours of submitting your application.
    • Please double check the information on the Letter of Offer (Invoice) and contact us if you notice any mistakes.

 

    • The fee must be paid at least 8 weeks prior to the Course Start Date of your programme of study.

 

        • If all is well, then please proceed with the bank transfer. No Cash payments.

 

 

 

      • After receiving the fees in college client bank account, the College will issue an Letter of Acceptance & a receipt via email. You can print this Letter of Acceptance and keep it with you as proof that your programme has been fully paid. This letter can be used for Visa/Entry purposes.

     

      • The Letter of Acceptance will contain your personal details as well as the details of your programme of study, along with any extras included (if applicable), such as Protection for Enrolled Learners (PEL) & Medical Insurance Policies, Final Examination, Accommodation, Airport Pickup, etc.

     

      • Please double check the information on the Letter of Acceptance and contact us if you notice any errors or omissions.
      • To verify the authenticity of this letter, please see: https://verify.liffeycollege.ie/ and enter the verification code which on the letter.
    • Once you have received your Acceptance Letter, you can go ahead and book your flight to Dublin! (NON-EU Visa Free Countries’ learners). NON-EU Visa Countries’ learners will apply for study visa.

 

 

 

 

    • It is each learner’s responsibility to stay informed of entry requirements and obey all rules and regulations.
    • Keep your documents all together in a folder to present at Immigration:
    • Passport valid for at least 6 months.
    • Proof of sufficient funds – Financial Requirements
    • Proofs accepted: cash, a visa travel money card or a recent bank statement (it can be from a bank in your country). The same statement can be used for registration with Immigration/INIS for your IRP card.
    • Your Acceptance Letter: This letter already includes proof of the following: Medical cover & Protection of fee for learner Policy and Final examination (TIE).
    • Accommodation Letter: Book at least 1 week of accommodation in Dublin. If you have booked accommodation through the college, double-check that this information appears on your LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE.
    • Any of these documents can be asked at the immigration desk at the Airport, as soon as you arrive in Ireland. It is extremely important to keep every document or confirmation printed with you during the flight in your hand luggage.
    • After arriving in Ireland,
      New Learner Induction will take place during the first week of your programme.Learners MUST send an e-mail to
      induction@liffeycollege.ie to inform us that they have arrived in Ireland. The e-mail should include the following information: the learner’s name, ID number (which can found at the top of the Acceptance Letter), address in Ireland, and mobile phone number.

 

 

    • You must book an appointment to register with Immigration in Dublin: https://burghquayregistrationoffice.inis.gov.ie/
    • First-time Registration Option
    • You should not go to your appointment prior to attending your induction and without receiving enrolment and insurance documents from the College as these are required for the appointment. Your appointment should be scheduled 2/3 weeks after the start of your classes and no more than 180 days after your arrival in Ireland.
    • You will need to collect the following documents:
      1 – Original Passport – valid for at least 6 months
      2 – Letter of Enrolment
      3 – Medical Expenses Insurance and Learner Protection Combined (Evidence of Cover – Certificate)
      4 – Proof of Funds – Financial Requirements
      5 – To obtain your visa, you must pay a €300 fee that can be paid by: (i) Credit or debit card(The immigration office will examine your documents to grant you the residence permit. Also, they will record your personal data (fingerprints and photo) and maybe more.Grant you a Card/Certificate (IRP) that proves that you have been registered. Students are usually granted with Stamp 2.

      If the student wants to travel to another country and wants to re-enter Ireland, in addition to his/her Passport he/she must always carry his/her IRP.

    • After receiving your application, the College will issue your Offer Letter which will include your personal details, the details of your programme and the bank details for payment.
    • Please contact us if you have not received the Offer Letter within 24 hours of submitting your application.

    • If all is well, then please proceed with the bank transfer.

 

 

 

    • After receiving the fees, we will send you your enrolment documents (Enrolment Letter + Insurance Details) by e-mail.

 

    • Please double check the information on your documents and contact us if you notice any mistakes.

 

    • We will also be sending you other e-mails with important information related to your course, including your Final Exam, Study Start Date and Login Details to access the Liffey College Online Student Management System.     • You must apply online to renew/register with Immigration: https://inisonline.jahs.ie/user/login
    • Renew your Permission Option
    • You need to have the following documents:
      1 – Original Passport – valid for at least 6 months
      2 – Letter of Enrolment
      3 – Medical Expenses Insurance and Learner Protection Combined (Evidence of Cover – Certificate)
      4 – Attendance Letter for Last Course
      5 – Final Examination / End of Course Certificate
      6 – Proof of Funds – Financial Requirements
      7 – To obtain your visa, you must pay a €300 fee that can be paid by: (i) Credit or debit card.
