• Liffey College reserves the right to alter the details of its services, including courses, facilities and course or programme dates where circumstances beyond the schools’ control necessitate such changes or where the number of enrolments for any course or programme of study is insufficient to operate a course or programme viably. Liffey College also reserves the right to change location of premises, without liability for any inconvenience caused, should that deem necessary due to circumstances beyond its control or any other substantial reason.

• Liffey College also reserves the right to decline any person at any time without incurring liability.

• Furthermore, Liffey College gives notice that all and any arrangements for transport, activities, or for accommodation, are made by Liffey College as an agent. This is upon the express condition that Liffey College shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of any defect in any vehicle or through the acts of default of any company or persons engaged in conveying the passenger, or in carrying out the arrangements of the course or programme of study, or otherwise in connection therewith of any family member.

• No responsibility is accepted by Liffey College for any losses or additional expense due to delays or changes in air, sea, rail, bus or other services, sickness, epidemic, pandemic, weather, war, quarantine, strikes, or any other liability incurred by any individual.

• Liffey College public digital content (website, social media, etc.) and printed media are intended for information purposes only and do not constitute a contract between the school and any student or third party.

• Liffey College reserves the right to make changes which may affect curriculum of courses, programmes or any other content announced in the publications, without prior notice.

• Liffey College reserves the right to close the school on certain days to ensure student and staff safety, such as status red weather emergencies and/or if directed to do so by the Department of Education or Government Authorities. Any classes or programmes missed in these circumstances are non-refundable.

• Please note that some of the facilities and services presented in our promotional materials may be subject to change or availability, in line with Covid-19 and /or government or legally imposed restrictions and measures.

• Permission is given for the use of individuals comments or testimonials and photographs/images of individuals in the official promotional material for Liffey College by the individual with acceptance of these terms and conditions.

• QA Section 8.3 Learner records “All information on LCMS is kept for a period of 5 years after which it is permanently deleted.”
